European Union Asia and Latin America Programme (through Helsinki Consultancy Group), Support to Ministry of Education and Training: Primary Teacher Training Consultancy, production and on-the-job training of technical and academic staff. Produced twelve classroom observation videos plus printed Study Guides, for in-service training of Primary School teachers, plus two demonstration videos on constructing and using low-cost learning and teaching aids. Also, one documentary video that introduced the whole course, with encouraging words from the Dean and the Deputy Minister. Total video duration, 4 ½ hours. The video packages have been highly acclaimed and the project is thinking about re-versioning for online presentation.

Primary Teachers Development Project, World Bank funding. Resulting from the 5-day workshop held in Ho Chi Minh City: Each of the 9 Writing Teams developed a video proposal and screenplay (design plan) for a topic that would benefit from video; they were also made aware of the design principles for achieving pedagogically effective self-standing video. Developed during the workshop and subsequently: practical guides for recording and editing video.
